At the World Scout Conference in 2005,  a first meeting of Baltic Sea Guide and Scout Organisations took place. It was agreed to establish an annual subregional meeting of all G&S Associations in the vincity of the Baltic Sea to encourage and strengthen exchange and cooperation.
